We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe. This includes:
Clients must provide clear, safe, and unobstructed access to all air-conditioning units at the scheduled appointment time.
Failure to provide access may result in a call-out fee of $50.
If a client is not present or access is unavailable at the booked time, the appointment may be recorded as a no-show and a fee may apply.
